How long until the XH-A2 arrives?
 

Well it has been about a year since the A1 arrived. Can anyone make an educated guess about when the next iteration will be released?

I would estimate between two and three years. Looking at Canon's track record, they dish out new high end cameras every 3-4 years.

Yeah, they figure you've got it paid for in 3-4 years and they can entice you into yet another purchase after that time. Good marketing.
