Could someone help with a Slow Mo Comparison video?

(Requires Adobe AE and Premiere CS3) It doesn`t need to be extravagant, I just want to see the difference with the A1 using 2 methods, and I don`t have access for the next few days to my camera, but I`m trying to plot out if I need to re-shoot something or just go with what I have.

Video 1 - Film in 60i, import to AE, interpret as 23.976, make new 24frame composition, slow clip with Time Stretch to %200, turn on frame blend to the solid slash, export as 23.976

Video 2 - As close to same moving object as possible (a walking person would do just fine) film in 24f, import to premiere, change clip speed to %50, export as 24 frames.

Anyone that could do this for me it would be greatly appreciated. And please post here if you will give it a go, so more people don`t need to spend their time if someone is already doing it. Thanks so much!
