Can i put a fluid head on this tripod?

i use it generally for still photography, but it says that it can support up to 11 lbs.

My question is can i put a high quality fluid head like the bogen/manfrotto ones? or something similar? Thanks

BTW, the answer is no.

I think I've seen some of the cheaper Bogen heads that are not ball leveling. One of those might fit on there if the threads are the same.
