Shot on my Canon XH A1 and a redrock with canon fd lenses, 50mm and a 135mm. But they were only used in the class room scene and the garage.

I shot, directed, and edited this=]
it's nice when u have all the seniors in the film class coming to you, a freshman, to shoot and edit their stuff =p all thanks to my A1!

Nice work Loren!

Could you share your settings (looks 24f?); preset?

I liked the latter part of this project...

The first part could probably use a slight curves adjustment to bring out some of the details in the shadows... The shutter speed seemed to be a little high once you guys got out in the sunlight... The audio in the voice over sounded like it was clipping just a little bit but that may be due to compression... I couldn't quite tell...

Overall I really liked it... Very creative... Nice use of the Redrock 35mm adapter. The depth of field seemed nice...

Yeah, good work. I wish I was making films this good when I was a freshman!
Here are my thoughts:
The intro hallway shot doesn't need editing- you have a very steady master shot (on wheels) and then you cut to a shaky second take of the dialog. There are two problems with this. 1) it is handheld 2) it is within the 90 degrees of separation rule. In my opinion, hang on the opening shot, it shows better composition and tracks better.

For the "Nooooo!" screaming shot, you've done well emulating tons of films. It's great.

Library stuff good.

Overall, great work.
