Awesome! Great movement and all the effects you applied worked really well. This reminded me of those silly DVD Piracy commercials at the beginning of a lot of movies.

How do you like your RNG35? I've been looking into it and they seem to be the best value.
How does it work with your A1? That’s what I would be shooting on. Do you have any other samples with the RNG35? There isn't that much info out there on this adaptor.

Thanks, yeah I was just feeling a bit crazy and maybe influenced by the high octane ads. I actually wanted to do more but I got actuall work to do so can't spend too much on doing funky film noise effects.

If you check out my other clips on vimeo there is another 2 clips with the RNG, one is with the A1 and the other with hv20. I quiet like it, for the price its the best you can get, and some of the improvements they are doing is looking easly as good as the more well known ones (check out stuff on the rng35.com forum) so maybe wait it out a little bit because you will get a big bang for your $ once he releases the next version but not to say the current version isn't great.

Love prodigy as well. Looking for the day I can use them in a video...

This will be my first experience with an adapter, and the HV30 is my first camera. I have much to learn. I do think that he knows what he is doing.

Hey guys, I just had a couple questions about this Rng adapter, can who currently owns it record a clip with audio so I can see how loud it is when it's vibrating? I used to have a Letus and it was practically dead silent, I don't think my onboard mic ever picked it up. Secondly on the latest model of the Rng, are the internal batteries removable, are they just rechargeable AA's? Oh, and thirdly, what are the dimensions of it, length of barrel, etc...
(I looked around the site real quick but couldnt find answers to these questions)

The v2 I had, the hv20 would pick up some noise if I used onboard mic and the A1 non at all with onboard. But if using external mics. its all about type of mic you are using will depend as well. Now as far as v3 I have just ordered mine so I will be able to give you more specific answers in about 2-3 weeks. But as far as I know it uses different oscilator so yet to find out how quiet it is. The V3 dimensions have changed so its about 5cm shorter then the V2 which was around 20cm long. But I recommend you join the forum because Tracey will answer you pretty quickly with exact answers.
