Custom Presets??

Chris- just wondering if the presets sticky is likely to open up again soon? I'm having some issues trying to accurately capture our studio walls' colour, and was hoping for some preset help...

Hi Jim, that thread is in serious need of reorganization. I'll re-open it as soon as I can clean it up and split it in two... one thread for downloads only; the other thread for discussing those downloads. In the meantime you don't need that thread to ask questions or share new presets... just start a new topic, as you've done here.

Manual white balance is the best way to approach a color problem, but you can affect white balance at the CCD level using Custom Presets. Experimentation while cabled out to a good HDTV monitor is the best recipe for success.

If that's the case you probably either don't have them located in a folder on your card called PRESET (all caps & singular), or... you don't have the presets active (is CP blinking on the LCD screen?)

if you renamed the files that could be a reason as well. They have to be, for example...

PRESET01.CPF PRESET02.CPF etc etc.

9 CP's in cam, 20 on the card

when scrolling through using the custom preset button, you will notice the change of color in the viewfinder.
