xlr cable length for AT897
I have ordered a Audio Technica AT897 for my xh-a1 but the store who sells them doesn't have standard xlr cable lengths, they have asked me how long the cable should be so they can custom make to the required length.
Since I don't have the mic yet it's difficult to say how long the cable should be, anyone can help me determining the length of cable I require so it doesn't get in the way or that it will be too short? I also order a SM5 shockmount to place to mic in. |
