Probably not recommended

Last year I spent a week in Egypt. The hotel was air-conditioned and the daily temperatures outside were within 2 degrees of 33 deg. C every day except one. The camera handled the temperature changes between the air con and outside without any problems.

The day we went to film at the Pyramids it was 46 degrees C. I kept the camera out of direct sunlight as much as possible (using my body as a sun shield), and it operated perfectly, which is more than can be said for me.

Next time I will keep myself better informed about forecast temperatures.

I shot a full length documentary in the Philippines on the XH-A1 and it was fine. The only problem that I experienced was that the glass between the lens and the filter would fog up when I took the camera out of the case, due to the fact that our hotel was nicely air conditioned and outside it was blistering hot. But once I realized this, I began taking my camera out of the case and letting it acclimate to the temperature outside well before we began shooting.
