XH-A1 preset to match EX1

Titles says it all... looking for an XH-A1 custom pre-set to 'match' as close as I can get it the Sony EX 1. consider that both cameras are with flat default settings.We are gonna tweek away, but if there is a general preset that would be much appreciated!
