XHA1 fluorescent shoot

Any suggestions on how to minimize harshness of fluorscents? No additional lights used, classroom setting. Preset? White balance trick? Filter?

I would just do a manual white balance and maybe try to tweak it a little in post. It is what it is, just like in real life. Make sure you try adjust your shutter speed to get rid of flicker that flourescants can sometimes cause. Good luck.
