Underwater Housing for XH A1?
 

Hi-

hanging on to my DVX100 until I can get the XH A1 into the water.

I know that there are "Home Depot-style" housings out there but was looking for something lighter with more finesse.

Anybody got any info on manufacturers/availability?

I did Palau earlier this year and want to do it in HD next year...come here sharky, sharky, sharky...

I'm talking to a dealer who specializes in UW housings and I'm pretty sure he'll have some input on this topic. Will try to get him to post about it here.

Gates Underwater Products is currently designing an underwater video housing for the XH A1 and G1. There aren't many details available yet. I will make sure to post any interesting developments here so you are aware of them.
Are you already planning another trip to Palau?
We are hoping that these housings will be shipping around March.

I talked with Amphibico about any housing from them and they are going with the Sony V1....

Looks like Gates is going to be the one...
