ideal setting for green back video with G1/Reflecmedia/Uncompressed 8bit

I will have the combination of Reflecmedia with green Litering, Chromat (2m x 2m), XH G1 with Decklink HD Extreme for few weeks in our demo room.
I also have a couple of Lowel video lights.

I want to make some sample green back video clips for everyone to use on this forum, so I would like to ask everybody's help to achieve the best result.

Please feel free to suggest me any idea, what to take, what to do.

Thanks in advance.

Distance between the camera and the talent, to avoid green light form the Leds on the talent.
Distance between the talent and the screen; the other day I had a chromat screen with a fold in the middle, took a while to ket a clean key out of it, the reflection doesn't work properly on folds but with a shallow depth of field it comes out okay.

Vincent,

Thanks very much. I'm trying to keep the distance of the camera as much as possible since Reflecmedia recommends more than 3 meters.

Didn't think about the DOF, right that would be better, but I don't have much room! I will try my best on this.

Any suggestion about lighting? I have two video lights. How should cast be lighted? What angle? Try not to light to bleed to the chromatte?
