How to post footage

I've devoted plent of time looking at other peoples work on this site on the sample clips page but have not found any info on how to put up my own for others to view. I had my first day out with the A1 last friday and would like to share some of the clips with this community. How do i do that?
Probably this question has been asked a million times before but i cant find any info in the FAQ's

Mostly, you on your own to post with your own resources, on your hosting site. When you are reply or starting a thread, though, if you look in the window below the window where you are entering the post, you will see that you can make some attachments by clicking the attachment button. The attachments are seriously limited by size, though.
