Mode wheel a little wiggly... is this normal?

One of my A1s has a mode wheel that works just fine. At the off position, it feels "tight". I have to push the grey button before I can rotate it to the next position. It clicks at each of the positions, but at each one, once set, it can wiggle. Unlike the off position it doesn't click and stay put. I still need to click it to the next position if I want to change from spotlight to manual, no problem there, it just doesn't feel tight.. and will turn a bit before it clicks to get to the next mode.

Is this normal? I think that the only reason I even thought it might not be is because my other A1 has a very discrete feel to each of the modes. Click and stay, click and stay.

In any case the wiggly wheel doesn't feel as good as the other one, even though it works just as well. But I won't return it unless it is a sign of possible future problems.

Thoughts?

Mines like that. Actually thought it was broken at first. If I put a little sideways pressure on it while flipping it it will just stick. It is a cheap switch.
