Long distance signal

Has anayone ever tried to use the Kramer http://www.kramer-us.com/indexes/item.asp?name=TP-400FW with a XL2 camera.

I am about to film year end shows and my two XL2 cameras will be located far away from each other. I want to send the DV signal directly from my cameras to a video mixer.

I tought the Kramer TP-400FW would be a good way to send a digital signal on a long distance without any lost in the image quality.

Am I right to think this?

Regards!
