Sick Green at DVinfo.net

The other day I turned the camera on and instead of seeing the EVF display against a backdrop of hard, black lens cap, the entire LCD is filled with a sick, sick green color. The only way to get rid of it was to turn it off and back on. Luckily, I've only been able to recreate the effect once more.
Is there something I should know? My partner called Canon and they said that it sounded unusual.

Sending your XL2 to the Canon service center in Jamesburg, NJ is your best option.
