Canon FU-1000 pinout ?

Hi everybody

I have disassembled the FU-1000 converter (it convert the 7v in 9v) for the XL1 to look the viewfinder connector, disassembling is easy to do, you need a very good cruciform screwdriver, you remove the 4 screw in the battery compartiment and the third (not the two opposite) on the connector, inside the box the PC board is maintained with a little bright screw.

Its a 20 pin square connector, only 12 are connected like that.

1 NC
2 NC
3 Red
4 Black
5 Black
6 White
7 Blue
8 NC
9 NC
10 NC
11 Red
12 NC
13 Red
14 Red
15 Yellow
16 Red
17 NC
18 NC
19 Yellow
20 Black

I suppose that Red wire is the positive, Black the ground, but what about white, blue and yellow ?

For yellow may be the video signal ? two wire. Nothing about blue and white.

My question is: Is there a genius on this forum to solve the problem or a man with the pinout pattern ?

Best regards and sorry i dont have more informations.

Thank's a lot Chris

But there is no answer in the thread, the only answer is for an Ikegami viewer to be adapted on a Canon video camera the pinout is not the same, Ikegami is 9 pin Canon 12 and the references are not the same where is the corresponding Ikegami 1 on the Canon?.
Is the Canon Pinout a "military secret" ?

If you wish you can displace the subject.

Best regards

Hi

Nobody have the answer ?

If there is a good Samaritan on this forum, could he write or phone to an american repairer to have the information please. In Europe nobody wish to answer, may be in USA or Autralia.

Best regards
