What happen to the ccd...
 
I remember one time a friend of mine removed the lens without turning of the camcorder. However i realized it was still on only when i put the 3x wide lens on... it doesent's seems that it got problems after this but i'm curios to know what happen to the ccd in this case.

Nothing. Don't worry about it.

If nothing is visibly wrong with the footage, just put it down to "Que Sera" etc.

Count yourself lucky. When removing a lens, the camera should be powered off. What can happen is a MAIN FUSE short circuit when the lens contacts are pivoted across the wrong points during the lens installation or removal. Replacing the main fuse is an expensive process. You are fortunate that the fuse did not blow.
