Blue Barn Connection Problem.
 

i keep having a problem with the blue barn download. i connect my XL2 to my computer (w/firewire) open blue barn perset manager, then when ever i hit the button /read preset/ it gives me

Run-time error' - 2147467259 (80004005)'

Automation error
Unspecifed error

can anyone help me and tell me what this is and how to fix it.

i had a similar problem when i had installed the software but not the driver. once the correct driver was installed everything was tickety boo

i think i have the driver
 

my XL2 will work with my microsoft movie maker, does that mean the driver is on my computer? if not where do i get the driver?

The ext. control driver for the bluebarn manager is included within the bluebarn installation folder. Read this to learn how to set up the driver to read/write to the camera.
