lanc/dv plug problem
 

good evening,

This afternoon I was shooting some wildlife. I set up the pod and camera and went to hook up my lanc remote and could not plug it in.

It appears to have moved inward slightly and fallen down just a fraction of an inch which prrevents the lanc from plugging in.

Can this be a home fix or is it another Send in??

Thanks for advice on this, of course it is out of warrenty by 45 days!!

I don't think that's a home fix. In my opinion you should send it in to Canon service for immediate repair.
