What cable to monitor onboard?

I'm using the Marshall V-R70P-HDA (link here:http://www.nebtek.com/proddetail.php...lVR-70P-HDA-LI) and I want to monitor on the component BNC input. Dumb question, but what output from the camera for component?

I know on the back there is the SDI, but I opted to not get the SDI capable monitor because I just wanted general framing and focus, and am not using a 35mm adapter, so focus is not as critical as I usually shoot f5.6 or higher. I assume I can output component from the XLH1, but can it be through the SDI jack?

Kevin you need to monitor through the Green Blue Red Breakout cable that came with your camera (it plugs in next to the XLR's) then you need three bnc to rca converters (female to female) to adapt your rca plugs to bnc.

The component cable goes on for miles and miles, it's to long and heavy for handheld. I've even thought to go to a workshop and shorten the cable. But for the moment I use the S-video cable. I don't know if there is any difference in quality, if, I cant see it anyway...
