This is not a new issue...
This is not a new issue as this has plagued the XL-1 and XL-1s as well. When I saw the H1 at the DV Expo West in Dec., that was one of the first things I looked for. Unfortunately, the camera was, in fact, getting more picture than the viewfinder was showing. The only way to get an accurate viewing is to get an external monitor (such as the Marshalls).
I'm currently borrowing an H1 and this is an awesome camera!
