Cineform Timecode Breaks

I'm using Cineform to input m2t files from my XLH1. How do I do a batch capture on a 63 minute tape with timecode breaks? I keep getting damaged data when a tape has a timecode break.

I think you need to identify exactly what point on the tape that those TC breaks occur, and manually capture around them.
