Sticking playback at DVinfo.net

I think I may need to take my H1 in for service. Over the last two shoots (within days of each other) I am finding parts on the tape where the footage gets stuck (1 frame is stuck for @ 30-40 frames). I am finding this while digitizing. The timecode gets messed up as well. Once digitizing in FCP (it aborts the capture) and twice now while digitizing in avid.

Has anyone had this problem before?

Like I say, I think I need to take it in, but I'm just looking to see if it's happend to anyone else.
