3 talents, 2 lav kits + 1 shotgun. what's best?
 
Hello everyone !
With my XL1s i have:
- standard stereo mic
- 2 sannheiser ew121P lav kits
- 1 sannheiser ME66+K6 shotgun mic
I am planning an interview with 3 subjects, i.e.: me making the questions to the other two.

How should i use my audio equipment ?

Ok friends, I can't take so many replies...
just one more info:
- i have an ma100 meaning i can only plug 2 ext mics.
I was thinking i could wear a lav kit and let the 2 women i am going to interview speak into the ME66.
Does it make any sense ?

Too many options to give a reasonable suggestion. Any response will depend on what you are trying to accomplish with the video. The set. If everyone is on camera for the entire interview. The amount of time you are willing to spend in post production. What makes the talent most comfortable. What other sound gear you have (e.g., a mixer, etc.)

thanks for your reply,
i think there will be two kind of shots:
me (making the questions) IN the scene and OUT of the scene.
i don't have a mixer
i am not great in post-production

i thought i could give the 2 lav kits to the 2 ladies and let myself speak in the ME66 but with the MA100 i can't plug them all. Maybe i should've bought the MA200.
I don't know much about mixer. But consider i am working in a "mobile" way.

Can you suggest anything?

Since the sound is voice, not music, frequency response is not as big an issue. You could try using 4-channel (12-bit) mode feeding the two LAV to the Audio 2 inputs (you will need mini-phone to RCA adapters) and feed the ME66 to the Audio 1 input through the MA-100. This gives you a separate channel and level controls for each of your three mics.

Of course, you will need NLE software that can cope with 4-channel sound (or capture the Audio 2 sound in a separate pass) and will have to set the XL1 to 4-channel audio mode and for the input types from the menu.
