Stereo Shotgun Mics?
 

I was wondering if anyone knew of other mid priced stereo shotgun mics for use on an XL1

So far i've found the
Audio-Technica AT835ST : $570 - $800
Audio-Technica AT815ST : $800 - $1000
Sennheiser MKH418S : $1300
Sanken CSS-5 : $850.00
Sanken CMS-10 : $2500
Shure VP88 : $700
Adzen SGM-1X : $160
Adzen SGM-2X : $230

So far im leaning towards the AT835ST, Mostly because I have a couple of other AT mics that I really like. Does anyone have any more stereo Mics they could add to the list so I could compare?
Also the Adzen seem pretty affordable, are they comperable to the Audio Technica mics?

I don't think either of the Azdnes are stereo. If they are, I'm interested in them as well. Sorry I have no input on their performance though.

I dont' beleive the Shure VP88 is shorgun
The Azden's are mono.

So these are the only shotgun stereo mics? gee, well i guess if i can get a deal on the AT835ST then I'll be getting one of those. Has anyone worked with any Sanken mics before? After going through their web site it looks like they have some nice products, or are they over priced for what they are?

Also, does high humidity effect a fuzzy wind shield on a mic? I'd imagine it might dampen the sound (no pun intended.) Planning on a trip to Cambodia next year, gets kinda wet.

Don't forget the Neumann RS-191, except that it costs as much
as an XL1.
