None. Cinematic means a film camera at 24 fps and shallow dof. Perhaps a mini35 with the XL2 given it's true 16x9 and 24fps. But that's a lot of cabbage to yank out of your jeans.
Now for diffusion, striking landscapes and tonal shifts of the available light, start with the basic polarizer, black diffusion and soft mist filters. After a bit of experimentation, you will find the look you are searching for. Just not the contrast ratio and aforementioned qualities of film.
