Canon XL1 with FCE. Do you know how to get HD look alike?
 

I'm working with my Canon XL1 in parties, Events, etc and editing in my Imac 24 inch with Final Cut Express Pro HD. Usually the final render ends in projects of 100 minutes length with 20 to 25 GB each. It's good to say that Final cup Pro Express HD, do not includes Compressor. The question is: Do you know if it's possible to make DVDS with files of 25 GB and show that in T.V screens of 52 /70 inch HD 1080 with very good quality(even if I need to buy a BLUE RAY BURNER) I wonder if do you know a method to have (look alike) HD 1080P with Canon XL1. If someone knows the proper settings for XL1 to download in FCP EXPRESS Pro HD to export MiniDV tapes with files up to 25 GB files and burn it in IDVD or BLUE RAY with Look alike HD results in a 52 inch plasma HD 1080, I will be very happy to read it.
