XL1 VF modification B&W

I got a description by Don Palomaki to change the terrible color finder to black/white, the only thing is that he did not include a circuit diagram, does anyone know more about this?
I think I wont buy the b&w original VF, $1500 !!, thanks, Martin

All that does is change the EVF to b/w. The $1500 viewfinder has higher resolution than the standard EVF.

I think it is a little bit better, the focus of your eyes is for colors different, because of the frequency of the light, so the focus on your eyes and between your ears is better I think and learned. I will go on by testing, but for all I'll start with a lcd from a hi8 tr 77 sony fit in this XL1, is there some one who did this? not with the normal video input but Y/RGB Sync and power!!!. Tell me Greatings Martin
