How to disable Metadata in Prospect 2k latest build?

I usually dont use the Metadata embeded in Cineform RAW files, in previous builds I had to use the interpret footage, and then select the cineform options to disable that option.

But after installing the latest build (138) that option is not there...

In fact this doesnt happen only in the latest build, its doing it on Build137 and 138.

You're referring to After Effects CS3, correct?

If so, in the Interpret footage menu, normally (with After Effects 7) you would click on the 'More Options' button and that's where you could disable the metadata. But that changed with AE CS3. We don't have access to the More Options button any more. Adobe changed the way it works. We've got a request in with Adobe to tell us how to access it and we're just waiting to hear back.

David Newman is not available today, but that's how he explained it to me the other day.

But if that´s a CS3 issue... Why I can acces the more options in the previous releases of the codec? In build 135 I can acces to the More Options menú on CS3.

I´ve send a couple of screen grabs to support, in wich you can see that in the latest builds AE is not recognizing the Cineform Codec properly, it is reading the files as "Uncompresed AVIV" when you Alt Click the clips in the bin. Maybe that issue started when Cineform changed the Cineform Importer. For most of the people using the 2K version is very important to have the ability to turn off the Metadata of RAW files, in fact is preferable to have it turned off by default.

Well that's what I'm wondering too. I'm going to run some tests and see if it does the same thing on my system.

Considering we had this conversation Tuesday....
Now about the Q Time issues

The old AEIO module still works and it has the working more options control. However this requires the removing of the AVI support components from AE -- remember that. So if you remove those components and the new CineForm importer from MediaCore, you get that control back. All of this can be fixed if Adobe didn't screw-up forget to add the "More Options" control for the new importer API that they insist we use.
