First take a deep breath.... .

I possibly need to use cineform on mac, so i plan to purchase NEO HD.
Since i already got an old Aspect HD license , i could get the 300$ rebates when ordering NEO HD, while keeping the ASPECT license.
on the other hand , i need either to upgrade my old ASPECT HD to PROSPECT, also possible with rebate.
if i do the first purchase (NEO HD) with the 300$ rebate, can i get then the rebate on PROSPECT (499$) using the same ASPECT ?
or do i better go with first NEO HD (300$ rebate) and then PROSPECT with the 599$ rebate from the NEO HD license ?
the difference is only 100$ but is one of these path invalid ?
I mean if i purchase NEO HD from ASPECT, i keep my ASPECT license.
Then i upgrade PROSPECT from ASPECT and i loose the ASPECT license.
if i purchase PROSPECT from my NEO license, i would keep the ASPECT license, but would i loose the NEO license, or would i finally get a license for all three product ? (i would not care about loosing NEO license for PC if it still works for mac)

ideally i would get old ASPECT on old machine, NEO HD on mac, and PROSPECT on new machine.
and better... i can still upgrade my old ASPECT to PROSPECT... with rebate !

So spending only 1100$ , i get 2x PROSPECT and one NEO HD
