Does anyone of the CF2DPX Utility?

Apparently this utility does not download with the Neoplayer, and it is not downloadable from Cineform's webpage.

Thanks.

The "lite" version are available for download here http://www.cineform.com/products/Tec...DPXConvert.htm We continue to enhance these tools in NEO and Prospect HD/4K, the freely downloadable tools should do the trick.

Yes David, I am aware of the location of the page. But unless I am blind, I cannot find ANYWHERE on the page to actually download the utility. Only the instructions. Am I missing it?

And I've downloaded the Neo Player on 3 machines, and none of them show the utility either so it's not getting installed with the download.

I guess it is not longer on that page (it used to be.) It does not come with NEO Player, but it is included with all HD/4K commercial tools. Download the trial of NEO 4K, the tools are accessed through Start Menu --> All Programs --> CineForm --> Tools.

If I download the trial version, will that break Vegas like the Neo player does? Vegas no longer renders when I download Neo player. And yes I know about renaming the .dll, but Vegas still doesn't recognize the license. I've tried it on 3 machines, same result each time.

NEO Player is supposed to enhance Vegas. You need to submit a trouble ticket. If you are running a trial or purchase NEO HD or 4K, it improved Vegas with full encode quality controls, 4:4:4 and alpha channel options, plus you are jumping from v2.8 to v3.8 of the codec.

The last time I submitted a trouble ticket on this, I got brushed off. I just went back to the last version of the DLL that works, which is 3.3.0. Everything after that just breaks it and it won't render. I've even emailed other Vegas users that version since the Newer NEO download broke their Vegas also.

I love Cineform... when it's working.

NEO HDV/HD/4K do not break Vegas. The free NEO player shouldn't either, support shouldn't have brushed you off. Bugs not get fixed if engineering doesn't here about it, please try filling a ticket again (say I sent you.)

I downloaded the trial version of Cineform 4k. It did NOT break Vegas, AND the CF2DPX worked like a charm.

When this trial is over, I will uninstall the program, and attempt to upgrade to this new version of the codec again, and see if I can make it work. If I cannot, I will open a trouble ticket per your instructions.

Thank you VERY MUCH for your assistance.
