Auido out of sync and image flipped.
 
Help needed with
CineForm Prospect 2k v3.0, Adobe Primere Pro CS2, AJA Xena LHe, Panasonic BT 1700 playback monitor, .mxf P2 HVX200 converted in HDLink v3.0.5 to 1280x720 24p .mov (M2 lens adapter: 180o image rotation which is useful when using some 35mm lens Adapters) used.
“Prospect HD 1280x720 24p” Preset in Premier Pro CS2.

Problem
During preview the footage gets flipped 180 degrees (upside down), the resolution gets blockie and the Audio is out of sync. It can be rendered out to a movie and be fine. I can not edit on this system.

If in the “Output Options” sub section of the “Cineform Playback Settings” window I switch to Desktop only the, audio will sync back up with the video but, no video goes to the HD monitor. I bought the Xena card just to edit with, in real time.

I tried to update Prospect 2k to the latest version, but the DL link has not been sent.

Any clues to help me fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Charles, the first thing I'd like to suggest is that you download and install Prospect 4K. All Prospect 2K customers were upgraded for free to Prospect 4K when we obsoleted Prospect 2K a few months ago.

Your Prospect 2K activation should be recognized when you install Prospect 4K. Do NOT deactivate Prospect 2K, but uninstall it prior to installing Prospect 4K.

The update link to P4K is here: https://www.cineform.com/products/Do...teP4KStart.htm. If you still have workflow problems then please post again. There have been substantial feature additions and bug fixes since that earlier version of P2K that you are using.

Image no longer fliped with the update.

1.Audio and Video playback on the AJA Xena card still not in Sync.

Any help would be appredciated.

2. The update is requestion an activation. so i attempted to activate it and...

Trial period has ended on sofrware that was paid for.
 
My trial period has now expired I can't work.

I purchased the Xena card and Prospect HD from Cineform and they will not work together and now I am locked out of Prospect HD.
