What's causing these glitches? at DVinfo.net

Does anyone know what could be causing these glitches that I've started getting (please see pics).

It's happening when rendering or converting from cineform .avi to .m2t. They last for one frame each time and are very random. I've tried rendering to .m2t using Vegas and also tried converting to .m2t using TMPG.

I've updated to the latest version of Neo HDV and I'm still getting the problem.
