EX1/ Prospect Audio Synch Problem

EX1 HQ 1080 30p interview footage imported with Sony Clip Browser, converted to CFHD 1920x1080 30p w/ HDLink, imported to Premiere CS3 into a Prospect 1080 30p HQ project. No glitches during this process- but, with every clip the audio is out of synch by 4 frames. Original footage is fine.
Synch error is consistant throughout.
I never noticed a problem before probably because I have never shot an interview with EX1 previously.
Does anyone have any experience with this??
Thanks

I have not heard of this. Are you converting MXFs or MP4s?

This is slightly off-topic but may be valid.

Did you take your audio direct-to-camera from a microphone or have you sourced your audio from an audio mix console?

For some reason on a multicamera shoot my direct-to-camera reference tracks were fine but my mixer feed to the master camera was a bit out and my audio tracks lined up fine but the vision then seemed about a quarter beat off. I eyematched it in the end and did not go looking for the cause as the event was a one-off job.

David- The files were brought into the computer as mp4 by the Sony clip browser. I just used the Clip Browser in default mode- didn't alter any settings. Also, I captured once direct from the cam via USB, then tried again with SxS inserted directly into laptop.

RE audio input- I was using an on camera shotgun on Ch1 and a wireless lav on Ch2- both direct into the cam, no mixer.

I can't think I any reason that your audio is off. File a trouble ticket and send a sample (short) MP4 to support.

Thanks David.
Soon as I finish this project and get it out, I'll go back thru the whole chain and take a second look before filing a ticket.
I just wanted to check if this was a known issue or not.
