Cineform recommend Vista or XP for CS4? at DVinfo.net

I need to reformat my computer this weekend, and I wasn't sure if Cineform's preference is still with XP or if Vista SP1 works better with Cineform now.

I only have 2GB of RAM so I will not be switching to a 64-bit OS for now, but I still wonder if when Aspect HD V6 comes out, whether or not it will be best to use it & CS4 on Vista SP1 or XP SP3.

Note: I really only care about performance and stability, I'm rather indifferent to the operating system I use.
