Where do I download product after purchase?
 

I purchased an upgrad to NeoHD.

I received my new serial number, but I did not see a link to download the product?

What should I do? Do I download the trial? Is that the same as the purchase version, then the serial number will unlock?

Thanks for the help. I'm probably going to upgrade to Prospect within a couple of weeks, so I'm trying to figure out how it all works.

Hi Jack,

You can download the trial if you aren't currently running it -- the software's the same.
If you already have the trial installed, just activate it!
