Prospect and Neo versions updated (4.0.4 and 1.3.1)

New versions definitely worth the download time. Decoder is faster for normal playback, as we had some for the First Light's Active Metadata features on all the time, even if you weren't using that RT color feature. We completely fixed the Cut and Paste in First Light (even the green channel works.) I hopefully the remainder of the installer fixes are done, fixing non-english installs and get to latest components on all systems.

Please visit http://techblog.cineform.com/?p=548 for you updates.

Cf 213

211 worked fine but I have updated Premier and installed v 212. I then lost all CF transitions and effects. I could not find any of the files you mentioned to delete. I have uninstalled 212 and installed 213 but they are still not there. They did show in the installer messages.

There all install here, so it seems to be system specific issue. Please file a trouble ticket with support.

no effects or transitions in 213

I have filed a ticket but have heard nothing yet. I have also installed Prospect 213 on a different machine. The same thing happens so it is not a system specific problem. One is running Vista x64 and is a standard HP xw8400 the other is part of my renderfarm and is a highly tweaked dual quad running XP x64. I skipped the 212 install and went from straight to 213. Reinstalling 211 brings back the effects and transitions. I have even tried deactivating and removing all Cineform related files and then reinstalling and activating again.

I have the same problem too David.
Vista 64 and CS4

On my laptop I installed PHD4 b213, which is the very very first time that any Cineform product has been installed. When I created a new project, I do see the Cineform effects and transitions.

This is a Toshiba laptop with the OEM Windows Vista 64 Home Premium installed (for now!). I haven't actually used them, but I do see them in there.

I'm on the road, and upgraded my desktop workstation right before I left, so I cannot speak to whether the effects/transitions are there, but I'll double check when I get home.

Thanks,
Matt
