HDLink with Win 7

Has anyone found a cabability mode that will allow HD Link to work with Win 7 32 bit?

I haven't tried HD-SDI, but in Win7 32bit HDLink has converted from XDCAM-EX without any trouble just out of the box. I think I installed as administrator in the first place.

I do find that I need to run First light with Vista compatibility and as admin to get it to work. Then it seems to work fine, but won't accept drag and drop files, only files opened through the file dialogue.
