Prospect HD v4 CS4 project success
 

Hi there, just wanted to say i was one of the eagerly awaiting people for the Prospect realtime acceleration in v4 since the first beta. I had it working from the first beta in cs4 but really slowly and jerky, but i downloaded the last beta, i installed using premiere CS4, vista 64, my system q6600 @ 3.6, 8GB ram and....

Cineform worked great, timeline played smooth, and even with unsharpen mask + magic bullet effects it was @ 10/15fps which isnt a slideshow! plus previews are much faster in cs4 wether its adobe or cineform i dunno but its good! on and i managed to export my final 1080p master at 12:00 midnight on the day the trial ran out for virgin media shorts competition :) *phew*

Quick one, just thought i would mention the short is only 2:30 long, i havent tried on a long timeline like alot of you are waiting for a success story from, the only issue i had with outputting with this version of prospect v4 is that it would crash in adobe media encoder with the cineformAVI preset on some transitions like additional dissolve, these were the cineform effects too. But if i used AVI output and selected the cineform codec it was ok, and faster i think?! but i cant test now its expired till i buy it.

Ill definetly be purchasing the latest v4 very soon to use with cs4 good job Cineform!
