Folder Problem while coverting clip with HDlink

I'm converting clips with HDlink, but it keeps converting clip to same folder original clips are from even if I selected another folder in the "select folder" menu.
If I uncheck Overwrite existing files it won't convert claiming that files already exist but I I leave it unchecked it will add 001 at the end of original clip name.

How to set it up so that I convert directly with same name as original clip to another pre-selected folder ?

Thank you.

Sincerely,

Frédéric Leclair

"Select Folder" is to direct HDLink to the folder containing the files you want to convert.
To select the output folder for the converted files you need to access the "Prefs" dialog screen. Click on "Prefs" in lower right corner of HDLink. All of the important conversion parameters are in the Prefs section as well.

I didn't have have 'use capture folder for converted files' checked.... so my capture folder wasn't "active"...

Been there, done that.
Always a joy to have a simple solution!
