Education Discount for Aspect HD?

Getting a computer built to handle HDV content and I'm looking to get an NLE soon to go along with it. I'm doing as much research as possible and Aspect looks like the best choice so far. Does anyone know of an educational discount for the Aspect HD bundle that includes Premiere and Encore?

Not for one off sales, the HDV market is too new for that type of discounting. If you are discussing an installion of a editing "lab", or site license then you should contact CineForm's VP of Sales to discuss custom pricing.

Thanks for the reply David. This would be just for my use so I'll just start saving my pennies.

Sorry to bring up such an old thread but any changes in Educational Pricing? I wasn't able to find anything else on the subject.

We do site discounts for education departments but not one off student discounts.

Thanks for the quick answer!

Hi, When are you guys going to offer educational discounts to students? HDV is so popular now, Aspect HD seems to be the only attractive option to edit HDV :) Having Adobe Premiere Pro for educational license, how about Aspect HD?

Student's are poor you know :(

Contact us (me) directly regarding possible educational support for students. We don't have a published policy because it can be abused. But we do consider each request.
