Moving objects blurred with XH-A1 at 60i

Shot some footage with my XH-A1 at 60i (1/60th shutter) and I've just captured it with NeoScene using the Maintain Source Frame Format option.

When viewing the footage in Windows Media player, moving objects are getting blurred like I'm seeing double. When imported into CS3 they look blurred until I render them....then things look normal.

I have two questions.
1. What is causing this blurry double stuff?
2. What should my capture settings be for 60i and what about my CS3 project settings if I plan for web delivery at 30P or 24P?

By the way, I'm shooting 60i so I can do some slow-mo stuff.

This is common when viewing interlaced footage on a computer monitor. A computer monitor is a progressive scan device which can cause what you are seeing. This won't happen when viewing it on an interlaced TV.
