Another first light feature request

Ya know what would be cool for first light....a colorciter style hardware interface....
of course those are expensive but what i do have on my desk for around $100 is a contour shuttle pro2
Contour Design | Shuttle | retail.contourdesign.com

this could be a great little hardware interface...but the limitation right now is it works with keyboard shortcuts

if first light could have keyboard shortcts to
1. move focus from one slider to the next (ideally within a group)
2. for up and down in value
3.and if possible to make it really slick key bindings to move focus for groups

basically then we could use the five buttons on the shuttle pro to move focus between groups(gain, gamma, ect) the big wheel for moving the focus( between r,g,b and master ) and the little wheel to adjust values.

alot of people have been hoping for simple trackball style interfaces using existing standard hardware for many application...but they always fall short in functionality

ok i played around a bit and already am happy

I mapped my device using the keys that do work
Tab...to cycle between sliders, and the up and down arrows to control value changes.

Basically just made a macro that Tab's 4 times to move down a slider, and Shift-Tab 4 times to move up a slider....the outer ring is mapped to varying levels of up/down arrow speed, and the inner ring is for fine adjustment

its basic but works really nice already...i attached the settings for those with a shuttle already

to get it working first click on any slider then you can use the shuttle from then on

Many thanks for that.
I will give it a try this afternoon.

Use the 2 big side buttons for moving between sliders

it would be great to be able to map buttons to groups i.e. gain, gamma, ect and map buttons to rgb and master
