Newbie installation question
 
Looking to use Neo Scene on my stockpiled Sony HDR-CX12 video. Just made my order with VideoGuys, kinda surprised it is a physical delivery instead of download. My question is...

Should I install the boxed copy and then upgrade with most recent download,or download the latest rev and install that fresh. Running Vista 64 with Sony 8.0c(Build260).

Easiest to get to latest version from Cineform.
