Mixing High and Med quality CFHD on a PPro CS4 Timeline

To save on space, I would like to transcode my video clips that probably wont take as much effects work to Medium quality cineform, but want to transcode my Green Screen clips to High quality cineform. Will mixing these two qualities on a PPro CS4 timeline be ok?

Later in my workflow, if i have to export a render, I would probably do a high quality CFHD file, would some of the clips going from medium quality CFHD to high quality CFHD on an export be a bad thing? Thanks!

has anyone tried this before? Would it be bad to try to export a timeline full of medium CFHD files as high CFHD?

Not an issue at all.
