AVCHD Audio Problem
 

I'm using PHD, latest builds, on fresh install Win7 64, CS4.
HDLink conversion of AVCHD 1920 24 mbs to CFHD.avi will not transcode the audio. I've tried with Core AVC Pro installed/unstalled, plus Haali Splitter installed/unstalled.
Nothing seems to work.
Oddly enough, on occasion, the first file of a batch will transcode the audio perfectly, but not the subsequent files.
Any ideas???
