cant seem to get real time
 

using the trial of prospect HD and tried 4k i have video shot on a canon xh-a1 at the 24 frame setting.

im using adobe cs4 and tried the hd link to convert it several times but still no real time.

i have a brand new dell xps With core i7 920 8 gig of ram

i rem with my old system it worked and that was a p4


what can i do to get this footage to work? what settings exactly maybe would help?
i would like to try to make it full 1080p
