7D 25P and NeoHD v3

Are there any NeoHD v3 users here using it with their 7D footage for conversion ?
I cannot do either a direct capture or a conversion using HDLink.
I filed a support ticket - hopefully someone here may have solved the same problem.

You need a 7D for testing - alternatively you can use the 7D .mov file that I have enclosed (Cannot enclose it here as its too large)
Open HdLink.
Select File from the Convert Tab.
In the Prefs panel select .mov or .avi as needed.
Select Progressive as its 25P footage.
Close Prefs.
Click Start.

On my PC, only the audio is converted.

This time I am doing something very simple. I have a whole bunch of .mov files shot with the 7D. I am using HDLink to convert them to Cineform intermediate. I have tried choosing the files individually as well as choosing the folder. I have also tried converting to avi as well as mov. Essentially HDLink just converts the audio. There is no video stream in the converted file.
To make sure the problem was not sue to me, I reinstalled XP on my desktop. I installed the latest Quicktime version - and then I installed K-lite codecs pack as it was still giving an error after the QT install. I downloaded and installed the AC3 codec as well.
I really really need to get CF working - I am still waiting on my support request for direct capture. I am not even using a NLE here, just trying to convert from the 7D .mov files to Cineform intermediate using HDLink.

Anmol, you need NeoHD v4 to convert 7D footage.

I have a NeoHD license that I really have not used..
:-( Anyway will it work if I shell out for a Neoscene license ?
Would be a lot cheaper that way...

Well. I am sold on First Light.
Just a question about the upgrade - I have a Windows license.
However, now I am using a Mac.
What do I need to do in order to upgrade from NeoHD v3 on Windows to NeoHD v4 + First Light on a Mac ?

Anmol, go to the CineForm ecommerce site and select NeoHD. Then select that you are upgrading from a previous version. It will subtract $350 from the purchase price. Also, you will get a free upgrade to v5 when in is released in a couple (-ish) weeks.
