First Light licensing timeout problems (NEO 4K Ver.5)
 

David, any return from your security vendors on the timeout probs for FL on some systems?

We're having the same probs on another CS4 system, as well as the first CS3.

We have another ws still to try it on, but have been holding out for some solution. BTW, both ws so far are Win7x64, one CS3, another CS4.

90% systems with this issue, as restart is all that is required. Plus it is a weekend, we not get support from our suppliers.

Two restarts finally cured it on one system.
